SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS

Every year our office provides YMCA camp scholarships to local kids who are homeless, in transitional living shelters, living through family crisis, or existing within economic means that does not allow them the opportunity to experience the adventures of summer camp that other kids do.

We know that YMCA Camp Orkila and Camp Colman are safe spaces, where kids can unplug from technology and have the freedom to be a kid in the great outdoors. They learn to express themselves, build leadership skills, become more independent, and just have fun.
